FitTracker ยท service rules
Terms of Use
By using FitTracker, you agree to follow these rules and applicable law.
1. About the service
FitTracker is an app for personal workout tracking, movement recognition, progress viewing, and voluntary sharing of results with other users. Features may change, be temporarily limited, or be disabled for maintenance and security.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share access with other people and report suspicious activity without delay. One person must not use the service to bypass restrictions or create deceptive profiles.
3. User content
You retain rights to the photos, stories, comments, and other materials you publish. By posting material on FitTracker, you grant the controller a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and display it as part of the feature you selected. You confirm that you have the rights and consents required to publish the material.
You must not publish unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, privacy-violating, or copyright-infringing content, or use the service for spam, fraud, automated data collection, or attempts to disrupt the infrastructure.
4. Workouts and health
FitTracker is not a medical device, doctor, or substitute for professional advice. Pose-recognition readings and trainer prompts may contain errors. You are responsible for assessing your health, technique, and safe level of exertion; consult a specialist when in doubt and stop exercising if you feel pain or unwell.
5. Rankings and social features
Rankings, stories, reactions, and comments depend on server availability and privacy settings. We may hide or remove material that violates these terms or legal requirements. Deleting an account ends account access and removes associated FitTracker data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The FitTracker name, interface, software, graphics, and service materials belong to the controller or are used lawfully. These terms do not transfer rights to copy, sell, or modify those elements except where permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided within the technical capabilities and availability of the infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the controller is not responsible for indirect losses, missed results, network interruptions, third-party platform operation, or consequences of using pose-recognition data to make health decisions.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The effective date will be updated for material changes. Access to the service may be limited for violations of these terms, security requirements, or applicable law.
